Meditation? Simple!

A: Do you meditate?

H: Sometimes. Not as much as I would like to.

A: Whats best way? And please don't tell me a mantra.

H: Well , if you don't want want to associate with a word or mantra, best way is to just observe your breath going in and out.

A: Just that? That can't be meditation. It must be something you have to learn hard like Yoga.

H: Well , give it a go. Keep it simple. Do it anywhere and whenever you feel like.

A: How soon will I see the benefits?

H: Don't expect any benefits,  its doesn't take much time and effort, just do it and enjoy if you can.

A: Why do something without expecting benefits?

H: Just to practice not doing everything for a return..:)
