A: What is mindfulness? My mind is always full.
H: Haha thats funny. I thought it had something to do with not thinking.
A: How can you not think?
H: May be its not easy, as we have been trained for so long to think excessively.
A: OK, then what is mind for if not for thinking ?
H: I think it is for thinking , just that it should be used to think when needed.
A: OK what does it do rest of the time.
H: It just stays present, aware of surroundings, accepting things as they are.
A: Wow, that sounds great, looks like you know it all.
H: Nah, Just read somewhere. Doesn't harm to try it though sometimes!
